poker malfunction when i get moved to a new table

Sometimes when i get moved to a new table i get dealt my cards but cant see them they are face down wtf i know how to sort this problem still bugs me big time ? 

if any 1 else gets this problem  u close the table click lobby n re open the table by the time this happens the clock has timed out and u have folded aces that tilts ya even more lol

lol but u look on hand history on what u just folded and wish ya never looked now coz u folded a monster
