4x4=12?

Iv just noticed that all the 4x4 handed games in the sit and go,s are looking for 12 players, am i missing something or is this incorrect???????????

4 handed with 4 paid don't think the 4x4 refers to the number of players just the structure and payout structure

it is confusing...4x4 handed sounds like 4 tables

Think they need to change the name of the game, or at least change the tourney info. It looks to me that its 3 tables of 4 players, where the final table of 4 get paid.

Morning Guys.

Yes, I can see where the confusion arises.

For the record, "4 x 4" in this case means each table is 4 handed, & 4 players get paid.
 
It requires TWELVE players (3 tables) to start.
