Very tough spot, depends on your reads of the villain. Interested to see some of the replys on this. Personally i fold and wait for a better spot, unless he has been very aggro. There is alot beating you, has he been limping alot pre??

As played, I'd of c/r flop all in, you shouldn't even get to the river without your stack in considering you flopped top pair with less then 10bb

Check raise allin on the flop we are only playing 8 big blinds we do not have the chips to play down the streets and reevaluate. As played we can never fold this river given stack sizes.

if i check raise i beleieve i am only getting called by a better hand and flush draws thats it

As played I would call as I dont understand their check on the turn if they have a value hand. They are trying to rep a queen, or stronger, i guess, but this just makes me wanna station it off as they can have lots of bluffs too, esp, in a limped pot
