1 The villain have a wide calling range in the blinds and
2 Likes to float out of position with a high frequency.
Their are no real draws they can be calling with on flop. and betting on the river when they miss.
On that particular board, you could check back with your showdown value. Just be aware that c betting your entire range on a paired board like that can leave you exploitable to big moves from players check raising flop and following through on turn and river, repping 9 forcing you to fold your air and many made hands.
The vast majority of players won't make big moves like this on you, very often. So you could c bet the flop against some players. But if you have a read or suspicion that your opponent likes to check raise flops, with a high frequency Then it may be best to check back your hand and ensure you are betting these boards with a more balanced range of hands.
If you are raising with a wide rangeyou have less license to c bet these boards with a higher percentage of your range, (without being exploitable) .But if you do not think the opponent will exploit imbalance in your range then don't worry about it. As a general rule I d suggest being more careful, c betting these boards against regs. As
1 They will have tighter calling ranges.(In particular out of postion)
2 They may realise you are unlikely to have hit these boards and will not like pressure with your overpairs and underpairs that you c bet.
