What is the best way to play small stake (if that makes a difference) dym's? Play tight, fold most hands or play more loose like a normal sit n go?

I ask in the role of devil's advocate, I still largely play super-tight whenever I do venture into the low stakes DYMs.
As a more general question, what sort of % win rate should be a rough target for a successful DYM player? The blog mentions 55% to be a break-even player, but to class yourself as 'good' or 'successful' should you be aiming for 60, 65, 70%... more?
