You can't use them on Sky. But on the 2 big sites alot of people at medium stakes will have them. You can rely on it as much as you would rely on keeping mental track in your head of how much they 3bet, how ofte they C/F flops etc, but nothing is concrete.

Oh was not aware you can't use them on Sky. Yeah, personally I prefer picking up on dynamics and stuff

i would imagine that on sites apart from sky atleast 80% of people at nl25+ will have a HUD
