explain why?

When he reraises you what do you put him on?

What card on the turn are you happy to see? 9 mabye but A would kill most action (say he has KQ or something) and K could be awkward to play. As seen from this example by calling and hoping he has given himslef a horrid decidion on the river whereby he wants to call but is probably going to loose £10 which he didnt need to loose just by folding.

because we're almost 200bb deep, and we're almost getting the direct odds to make the call anyway taking away from the huge implied odds we have, Idk the player so hard to give him a range, a c/r on a dry board is prob a v.strong hand, and so if we hit our straight we're v.likely to get paid off. We can fold ott to a good size bet, but folding otf is just not even an option

hmmmm, like to see what other people think. I see what you mean they are deep.

I just think more times you put yourself in a tough situation rather than getting paid off for making a hand. say he has 1010 or KQ and the K comes hes gonna loose some CA$H

Because it is highly likly that he has flopped a set here and i dont think he will be folding.  Hes never ever going to fold a set if an ace or a 9 comes on the turn.
