Short paid C4P??

I made 4576 points last month, which should of paid over £72.. its only a few quid, but if that happens every month it will soon mount up

4576 point's at 1.6p per point =£73.21.So worse than you thought.

IIRC it's points over 500 so you have to deduct 500?  Is this the anomaly?

The team that look after this are aware of this hiccup and are manually crediting people who have been underpaid. If you haven't been fully paid by the end of today then please contact customer care and make them aware.

im afraid thats incorrect. its all points. they are only worth cash equivalant once you hit 500
