    No, I think you played this just about perfectly.

    It's important to challenge the thinking that, because you lost the hand, you must have done something wrong. In this hand you engineered a way to get all your chips in the middle as quite a big favourite. That's all you need to focus on. You were roughly a 66% favourite to win the hand when all the money went it. That's terrific.

    Unfortunately this was one of the 34% of the time that you lose the hand. This isn't something that matters though. You need to think of your returns from hands like this in the long-term and if you get it in in spots like this you will make alot more money than you lose. Nice hand.

      He raises from utg and you quite rightly reraise. He's only called and would 4 bet with AA-QQ, AK so when the flop comes down you can assume that you are ahead. Equity calcs aren't needed here. He's deciding to take a punt and shuldn't have even entered the pot really tbh. Your bets are fine imo. The poker gods have let you down m8...ul...but well played. He played less than optimal poker and lucked out, shall we say!!
    PS When you post a hand rase the player's name using the backspace bar as it saves advertising their plays.....................run well ..
