K10 utg is a fold pre out of the 3 options folding, raising or calling calling is the worst. 

Im betting the flop betting the turn and check raising the river.

My apologies your sb not utg so yea completing here in the sb is fine.

I like leading out here on both the flop and turn loads of pairs and draws will call us.  Then check raise the river so we can get paid big.

Yea ok to lcomplete but with a definite plan of not just going with top pr. You want straight chance or two pr . Nothing else...don't be tempted! No short stacks to worry about. if bb 3 bets i lfold btw. 

Flop is perfect and with flush draw available possibly for one of the others  you should bet out to charge them for the card and build your pot. From then on bet turn and bet river. Bet sizing can depend on previous dynamic with players and your image but at least half pot I would say. You've missed value on the flop by checking haven't you. Not read the other posts but I may be repeating what others have already said. 

Note with just one raise before you, I'd not play KT o in sb personally as you can hit top pr and still be behind by the end of the hand quite easily.

Definately think its good to be check raising lots of rivers something ive learnt over the last couple of months for value and also as a bluff against a competant reg.
