Fisrtly, probably better to post this is the poker clinic as you'll likely get better responses there.
1, All of the hands you mention above are absouletely raising hands in this spot.
2, Argueably you can 3-bet (re-raise) with most of this range too from the button.
3, Playing the button is alot less about the cards you hold than the situations your are able to exploit, argueable you can raise with literally any 2 cards if the situation is right.
