Loading CM Menu

Trying to load the download client, about 2% of the time it instantly loads the software (much much faster than normal), the other 98% it reaches initialising and then hits "Loading CM Menu" the thing just spins and it never opens the software. Have to quit it, then keep re trying and most of the time I give up trying before it loads.

This glitch is since the recent update, and i've spoken to others who've had this. 

Is this being looked at?

I had this problem through Sept/Oct/Nov, but it was resolved by one of the updates. But I feel your pain.

i used to have a lot of trouble with this on my old computer, now on my new computer its down to occasionlly but i havent had any issues in last few days with it

This was a regular occurrence for me but was happily resolved by Sky's last software update.

100% launch rate now. Finally.....

I never had this problem on my laptop or PC - but latley it's been stalling on both my laptop and PC

its most likely your adobe stuff out of date and needs updating, adobe air etc, they do pop up when out of date or needs updating but i find you have to manually update them sometimes.

Used to lag all the time when saying "initalising", whenever it got to loading CM menu came up secounds after

same as most of the others have said this used to happen but was fixed in one of the updates, since then I haven't had this problem at all,

try installing a fresh copy of adobe air from the adobe website, but un-install the previous version first ... you'll then have a fresh install noy just an update over an existing version

"occasionally" for me.

Normally works first time or at least loads within 3 tires though. Neigh Biggie.

I went 'All of the time.'  At present that's where it's at.  Was a real problem for me 12 months ago, went away for 6 months and has recently come back.  Going to try to update my Adobe stuff to see if that fixes it.

No not really. On occasions it does spin, i'll turn it off and try again.

I just can't copy and load hands anymore(please no more friendly posts telling me the correct way as i'd been doing that for ages before it stopped for no reason, one day).........

For those who say they HAD THE PROBLEM BUT NOT ANYMORE. what changed? did you do an update, was it a sky software update? was it just the inside your computer pixies of randomness?

Agree with Beaneh

Most of the time the Download verison does not load, i have to try several clicks until eventually it starts.

Also, i can't access the cashier from my download version, it opens, but is "greyed" out... I have to use the browser for deposits/withdrawls...

never really had these problems until recently (within last 4 weeks or so)

well I say most recent, I haven't logged on for 4 weeks do dunno if there's been another one

Had an Adobe Air auto upgrade earlier today , happens about once a month and haven't had many problems.

Same for me. Not had it since but it did stop me playing on the site a few times. After 5 or more attempts i'd just give up and go elsewhere for a game.

One problem I have had lately though is the account pages just freeze. So I can't get to withdraw or deposit. Sometimes it's the same on the HH page.

Also sometimes when I go to see my profits and losses on each cash table i've been on it only shows 1 or 2 and not all of them.

Tried loads a time 2nite, stll not getting past CM, have uninstalled three times still no joy!

I didn't do anything. Seemed to go away with one of the sites updates that installed itself.

Before that it used to help uninstalling the software and adobe air software, rebooting and re-installing. Then for ages that never worked either.

I also used to have the problem but not since a sky update AND an Adobe Air update.

Never had any problem before but since the last update it's been exactly as you described, very rarely loads the first few times now.

I did the Sky update but also have Adobe set to auto-update.

I can only assume you need the latest pair to achive consistent lift-off
