Well as the aggressor ur correct to c-bet but its hard now to barrel turn with your stack size and the card that comes just prs up a rainbow board. You can't rep much apart from overpair i suppose. I'd check/fold myself with this stack and blind levels. He may have overcards and want to see a cheap showdown as well. BH won't help to shrug him off with a bet, i feel. ch/fold is my opinion.
