it says my stack is 7330 but i have 1.6k on top of that

if i had 7k i just jam pre with nearly 9k makes it kinda awkward

can u raise fold out of 9k stack if not is it best to fold saves yaself getting in a tricky situation if 1 of other stacks shoves ?

Its an easy jam pre with 11 bigs i dont min raise here i just jam with your stack size.  But the way its played you can never ever fold with stacks.  Folding would be a big leak with stack sizes.

U cant raise fold from 11 bigs!!!!!!!

U can minraise, call it off, but if you min raise you might find yourself getting flatted in 2 spots and having to check fold on alot of flops..

U can open fold pre, but that's really nitty and should only be done in satellites really where the stacks are v shallow and each bb is precious.

However, a shove pre is the best in nearly every scenario!

If you're on the bubble and looking to try and secure a cash then fold, otherwise it's an easy shove.

That is completely the wrong mindset for an mtt should not be looking to min cash.  If you want to min cash dont enter an mtt enter a dym.

Disagree... There are spots where we can open fold this 66 on the bubble as we are in EP...

If it is a turbo and effective stacks are very shallow (and a short stack is about to bust) then this can be an open fold, also i mentioned satellites.

+1 im open jamming in this spot everytime is the correct play min raising achieves nothing here as we achieve nothing we want to get stacks in pre therefore we should jam everytime we dont have a stack to play down the streets. 

Folding preflop would be a big leak also.  This is how people blind down to 4 bigs then blame the other guy for calling when they have ak against a7 and he hits a 7!

Its not terrible in the right circumstancea as discussed above imo

But like i said, the shove is nearly always the right thing to do.

is this still a shove utg ? knowing i should cash pretty comftably ? with the stacks on the table

All options available here. Depends on how agro/tight the table has been how agro u have been... 

If you are first to act, you can mr and call off against the ppl with 5K and fold to a rejam from the other big stack. (or call!) 

You can also open fold..

You can also jam. 

Sorry to be vague, but in these kinda spots i make an instinct play based on how the table has been playing...

Definite open jam. With 11 bigs the only reason you should be putting a chip in the pot is...

1) Get them all in now
2) raise smaller with the intention you are getting all your chips in no matter what happens

Writing this before looking at others so apologies if i'm repeating stuff.

Your csi=7. Isn't this all-in/fold stage or am i mistaken? From HJ shouldn't you push with about 20%, As 66 is in top 10% of shoving hands then i'd have shoved. He calls with about 40% of top calling hands. 66 has 54% equity versus that range. But this involves the FEq of shoving too.
In this situation, i'm unsure of what range he will AI your min raise and what you should call with but 66 is a made hand.
TBH, i'm surprised that you would play the hand like this as any flop could be scarey.

idcu, you're picking up so many chips by shoving and everyone folding, that's how you make shoving profitable. saying youll only get called by better here is so ridic, they can call with ace rags, under pairs. youre ahead of the majority of a callers range if you shove which makes that profitable in its self WITHOUT even taking into consideration how many times everyone folds.
