am i going over the top with these bets and calls

i have been getting a lot of heavy losses recently today alone i suffered two losses of £4 each in conparison to my two biggest win being >£3
what seems to be happening now is they are hardly calling my bets at all and any they do call usually are draws.
if i'm not in the hand the villians then it seems to be a lot easier at getting to call
