a big thank you to sky customer care, for over a week now my router has been playing up, not even sure  if this post will make it.but spent over 45mins with a girl who tried to help me sort out what was wrong,she was great and now i have a new router on it,s way to me,thank you sky customer care ,you are the best xxx

yes my broadband is with sky,give them a ring they will help you find the problem,they will run some checks on your router,mine keeps going down,works one day and not another
