Bounty hunter improvements

when you nearly knock someone out but they have like under 1/2 a BB can they auto be kicked out otherwise someone else gets the bounty which is quite annoying since you did the hardwork / took the risk

    No.

5 chips is...a bit of a handicap stack, but it's still possible to win the whole tournament with it. It would be even less fair to deny someone the chance to win a tournament even if they are extremely short stacked just so someone can claim a head when they still had chips.

The best solution to this would have been to have had enough chips to put this player out of the event in the first place.

Nice hand though. Got a bit lucky dodging the outs, but it was played right IMO.

the chance of him winning with 5 chips is like 100000000000/1 though?

This is why saving every chip you can (i.e. not calling to see a flop early on with a rubbish hand) is particularly important in a Bounty Hunter. The more people on the table with a stack smaller than you, even 1 chip smaller, the better

They'd have to rename them to "Cripple-their-stack hunter", not quite as catchy?

I know of a lad who won a dym (i think) from 0.0000008 of a big blind. Sure he finnished chip leader too.

Its rare but can be done. I know a dym is diff from an mtt, but again not from 5 chips i know of people who have won things.

Infact literally just been on FB and i have pics on my wall of my Uncle, comming from 1 chip, to win. (LITERALLY 1 CHIP)

Ask Cenachav what he thinks of this ;)

He went down to either 1 or 2xBB very early in an MTT and went on to win it.

    Terrible idea
