I think you can fold here tbh unless you want a pure gamble....when you call the shove you know you are gonna be 3 way at best (turns out you're 4 way). You can assume that one of them will prob have a pp and god knows if the other has some of your outs.....I think there are better spots to commit all your chips, especially in the first level of a tourney.
