Well if someone goes to 80 pre and I wanna 3bet, I'd normally make it more like 210-240.

Flop I probably go a smidge bigger but it's not much (although 3betting bigger pre makes every street after that bigger). As played I'd go like 210

Turn I go bigger, as played about 410.

River, a 7 can be part of his range but there's tons we still beat (that will call), I'd again probably go a bit bigger. Probably high 900s

Assuming villian is a fish (cos tbh most people are), my default sizing when I'm just going for value is always more than 1/2 pot.

okay cool cheers this sounds good he snapped called flop as if he was ahead so prob could of done these bet sizes
