    Back in my university days, a few friends and I attended a foam party. The dancefloor was heaving and soon the main floor was 6ft deep with foam - so much so that it was near impossible to breathe inbetween wiping away the fresh foam that was covering your face and burning your eyes. I know, I know.... Great fun!

    My friend Mike however padded down his pockets and was horrified to find that his glasses had fallen out somewhere below the surface of the foam, and were surely being crushed beneath the feet of 500 bouncing soaken drunken students.

    Mike then began a frantic search, disappearing beneath the surface of the foam tide for a minute at a time and then briefly reappearing to catch a gulp of air like a hungry hippo. After 10 minutes of desperate double-blind dancefloor groping - mike emerged triumphantly holding his unscathed glasses aloft with one hand. Miraculous!

    Great to see you both back for the first time again.


    When I was a young teenager, I developed a slightly unhealthy obsession with fire
    esspicially using aerosol cans.  I blame Live and Let Die.

    One of the things I used to think was "Cool" was to spray the contents of an aerosol can
    ( Could of been anything I could find, hair spray, deodorant ) down the plug hole in our bathroom sink.

    What you could then do is light it, and a small flame was burn there for quite a while.

    If I thought I was about to be caught by my parents, all I had to do was turn a tap on, and all would be well.

    The amount of time I sprayed the aerosol down the plug hole grew bigger and bigger.

    One Day, when I went to light the plug hole, instead of the nice flame, there was a big thud.

    I exited quickly, and all seemed to be well, and so it appeared to have survived.

    Nothing happened for a few days, and all seemed to be well.

    One morning, when my Dad was filling up the sink for a shave, the sink fell off the wall.

    It appears I had caused an explosion and cracked the sink quite badly.

    To this day ( 30 odd years on ) my Dad does not know why it happened.  Lets hope he is not watching 861.

    Obviosly it was I not the sink that lived to tell the tale!

    me and my mate where puting up ballons for a party when some of them burst the bugie fell of its perch we thought it died so we where going to flush it down the loo as the water hit it it started to flap so i had to put my hand down wejust manage to grab it befor it was lost forever  nobody knows of it till this day

    many years ago i arrived home with the family - it was icy underfoot 
    luckily i had just replaced the dangerous grass steps down from the garage with some new flashy concrete ones and I made sure everyone knew that 
    I was so smug as I picked up my sleeping son and stepped forwards
    next thing my feet had slid out from under me
    my son was in the air
    & i was on my back
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    and i caught him
    he was fine, if a little shocked
    but i now had three cracked ribs
    I had to take an opiate painkiller - which made me hic-cough non stop - which was almost as bad as the pain

    Rich, the problem with this particular competition is that you're inevitably going to reward one of these maniacs with a prize!

    Are we to understand that Sky Poker encourages setting fire to sinks, jumping from multi-storey car parks and baiting beloved family pets into dangerous situations?

    I ask out of personal interest. I'll do anything for a freebie. :)

    What's the worst thing you've done to something of yours, from which it lived to tell the tale?

    I was having a major arguement with a mate whilst on holiday, and she threw my phone at me during this "difference of opinion !" but i managed to dodge it ... but it went straight through the open door on balcony and down about 9 floors to near the swimming pool and amazingly found the phone and it still worked.

    HI Guys,
    Great show....

    Not sure if this qualifies..... BUT....
    I regularly watch & enjoy 861.
    That was until one night my Mrs. saw Stu as an analyst!  Jeez!
    Since then I've done my best to play/watch on the lappy/TV BUT every night she'd say.. "Is Stuey on tonite? "He's nice, I like him yadda, yadda, yadda!"  I'd say " shush woman I'm trying to learn here"... She'd say "Oh I like it when he says "And I like it........"
    Anyway, to get some peace & quiet, I HAD to tell wife a few months ago that "Stuey" was in Las Vegas playing live for at least the next 2 years......

    Forgive me Stuey BUT I was DESPERATE!!

    Imagine my/her surprise when I turned to 861 tonite................

    Mea culpa!
