  Think it ran with about 26 runners last night (50 to make GTD), which is ridiculous overlay, you can't really expect them to just continue haemmoraging money.

  Pretty much right, we don't mind overlay here and there but when something falls so short we need to adjust it. We'd likely move it up if the guarantee was beat regularly.

  I agree with the don here bring out more 3max, as will be very popular, the ukops didn't help with  this so a promo to get ball rolling would be great.
