How about 'The wining margin' were you have to pick a club every week from a given selection of leagues (eg the top four english leagues), with the intention to pick the club you think will win by the greatest margin over that weekend.

so for example using this for the weekend 10/11 august, watford would be the winning team as they won by 5 goals
