I never play roulette that often and if i do it £1 games for a little excitement.. sticking at the £2.25 and £3.30 DYMS for a week or 2 then move up and stick at £5.50s realistcially £5.50 and £11 is were i want to be everyday with 10/20 PLO cash and 20/40 cash in 2 months time Posted by randyrambo
fair play
when I moved up to the £11's I think I lost 7 in a row & with the £5's lost about £129 from memory so beware
Good to see you've managed to troll so many players. This bit made me laugh "I've done it before" - If you've done it before, why are you starting now with £30? I guess because you "did it" but then lost your roll. If you "did it" but then took out your winnings, well then you'll never be able to win enough to earn a living off it because you can't earn a living playing at these levels... you have to win at the low limits and then move up somewhat to actually be able to start making a living off it.
I don`t doubt your claims mate, but 60p turbos aint going to help much towards a living wage. Good luck anyway. Posted by pilgrim07
If my friends are over I don't mind anyone having a low stack game on account guys.. I'll be playing usually from 9 in the morning to afternoon then again at night..
Just keep an eye over the next few weeks and months then judge my performances

You said earlier you were up from £30 to £70 today, but on SharkScope it says you're only up about ~£25. Where did the rest come from, where can we find you playing?
Also, playing £1 Lotteries is probably gunna chip away at the credibility in your goal.
Hey gl with your goals I hope you do well although I wouldn't want you to go bust and hopefully have a back up plan.
How do you live without any solid income?? Are you relying on savings to pay bills/food supplies and so on?? If you are please re-evaluate this as you have saved this and this is a HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGEEEEEEEEEEEEEE long shot and poker will crush you over time.
Any old fool can become a poker professional. There's no inherent "natural" ability to it. All it takes is determination and the willingness to listen and learn.
The title of this thread and the attitude that you're the "best" already is a huge problem. That's an ego issue and it will prevent you from being objective about your own mistakes.
If you can afford to try this for a while, I have no problem with it. Don't go making grand plans, though, as it's a tough task to reach a standard which not only pays the bills immediately, but also provides a contingency for things going wrong (both at the table and in real life) and a nest egg for when you want to do something else or retire...
I can't imagine playing DYM's for a living, though. *yawn* lol

Have been playing a little cash as well throughout the day but tend not to where possible cause I'm not the strongest cash player, I can never walk away when I should
And yes to clarify for people out there asking i am in rush for money outside sky...this is a hobbies but one i would like to progress and learn more and eventually improve my MTT stats and skills
gl Rambo If you don't mind me asking what are your circumstances? e.g. do you live at home with parents or do you have significant outgoings? anyone else relying on you to bring in the bacon? (wife, kids etc) in reality its a terrible plan but if you're young free and single then just go for it but be willing to admit defeat if it all goes wrong Posted by huuuuume
im a houseowner, have a strong balance in bank. decided i wanted a few years breaak to take on my hobbie and build a roll to play large tourneys with more experience
randyrambo if your using dyms to build a bankroll to play other formats then this might be do-able but don't get carried away thinking you'll earn 10's of the thousands. It really depends on how good you are at other forms of the game though because to live off grinding £5 dyms is unrealistic (if you want to earn anywhere near a decent living)
To give you an idea one of the most successful DYM players on sky has made around £4.5k since the start of the year. He has played around 8000 dyms which is roughly 34 games a day on average! assuming he keeps up the same win rate that works out at about £7k for the year. £7k a year for a homeowner isn't going to go very far. Also if you assume he takes two days off a week then the average amount of games per day goes up to 50.
I would also add that the number of players who earn enough money to quit there jobs playing poker on sky you could probably count on one hand. According to sharkscope only 6 players who play MTTs and only 2 who play SNG's have made over £10k from playing poker on sky this year. No idea about cash.
As Jac said a few posts back use it to top up your salary but I certainly wouldn't rely on it.
plus dyms are sussed out now when i 1st came on here 3 yrs ago dyms were the softest ever on any site i have played
now i belive dyms are alot harder to beat the old days on dyms 3 went out before level 5 150/300 blinds now its more like level 8 i find em a grind n hard work tbh but good luck to u if u think ya can beat em
not hard to suss out the dyms dnt play a hand till level 6 let every 1 knock each other out then it comes to shove or fold mode when theres 4 left but alot of people have sussed this out as i already said on my previous post
Guys watch this space and hopefully time will tell.. When I say DYMS yes 90% if not more will be double your money's but I might get the odd HU in there to break it up and play quite a bit of cash and everyone on here knows the standard on sky is the highest around
To know that only 6 guys have gotten over £10k on sky this year is something for me to aim and hopefully achieve but I know it will take time and I will slowly but surely get there
im not going to lie, i think your completely crazy, but in a good way, u know what u want and your going for it so good for you, hope it works out well , since i mainly play dym's im sure you'll see a fair bit of me.
Rather than follow you on Sharkscope would you mind just posting up your DYM results per day or session with a cumulative running total? I would be interested in following this. Good luck.

sorry mate?
as long as he's winning /even on them, not a problem.
it's possible to have a £40-£50 losing session though, even playing well,so as long as he avoids this, should be fine.
is there any skill involved with them?
why would you want to play any game when u r only 50/50?
when I moved up to the £11's I think I lost 7 in a row & with the £5's lost about £129 from memory so beware
ps; over it now though...just!
