sit and go wont start

my sit and go wont start yet it has still taken my money! whats going on????

    Looks like most of the tables are like that. Customer services don;t know whats going on and said the games may be cancelled and refunded or maybe will go ahead if they ever get them fixed. Wonderful.

    i'm really sorry to hear of your problems on the tables last night. if you feel that the site technical issues affected your game and you lost out please get in contact with the customer care team (by clicking here). they will investigate each case individually and award refunds were applicable.
