Not a technical question, but a question nonetheless

If you win a tourney entry via a satellite, then can't play for whatever reason, do you get the full entry fee back if you cancel your registration or just the entry fee you paid for the satellite?

Also, if you win more than one satellite into a tourney, do you get to keep the cash from each subsequent one?

Thanks,

BB.

    hey Bigbluster,

unfortunately, if you cancel your registration to a tournament you have won entry to you will not receive any 'buy-ins' back. what you can do though is contact customer services and explain you are unable to play and they will see what they can do for you and possible enter you into a similar tournament.

in answer to your second question, i'm afraid you can only win entry in to tournament once and we are unable to award cash for any other subsequent wins.

i hope that helps you slightly.

if you need anything else just shout.
