Reward points widget

I have had a difference of 44 points between 'my account' and the 'widget' since the beginning of the month, I have attempted to ask customer services but the rep didn't know what the widget was - they advised to delete / reinstall the widget.

Any ideas which is correct ?

Hi, 

If there is a difference then please go by the figure that is quoted in 'my account' as this will be the accurate figure. 

As this query is not regarding the new software the thread shall be moved.
