73 runners in all 3 I think is the lowest I've seen since joining this about 9 months ago, and that's despite a fair few new independents this week.

December may be a quiet month in general but I think this needs to be pushed if people want it to remain. Nothing lasts forever and all that.

   Yeah number playing all 3 were low this week, tho in the 3 years it has been running for some reason or other numbers always drop a bit in dec. then picks up again in Jan. No idea why this happens but it does

I was wrong, it's not the lowest, last week only got 69 too.

Would be interested to see numbers over time if anyone has them. From gut feel I'd say TPT numbers are up on the past few months and THS are always well represented. Just wonder if it could be improved. They are good cheap tournaments with added value and good structures. If we're anticipating a slow December maybe now is a good time to push it harder?

I enjoy these games and the team element just as much as I used to enjoy 'community wednesdays'....

Not a Moan, but I saw & did hear a few cases of bad etiquette in chat last nite!!

Think Team Capos & Regulars can police/advise Here as this has NEVER been a DTD Monday nite problem!

The Customer Base playing DTD is older, More Sensible/Sensitive...

A Few People I know who play,  have Children with 'Difficulties', this is for some their only Poker Nite..


To see some 'words' used that seem to be in 'General Use' amongst younger poker players is VERY OFFENSIVE to  the Majority of DTD players!

Some Slang terms I will never use, & Words I might use in the Pub, I would NEVER use in Poker Chat..

Think some newbies should consider this too pls....



...Hey I aint a Copper!! Just pointing out Basic Human Decency, as not all know who are members of our Great Community, and what difficulties they have in Real world!!!

I think we know what particular word your referring to Dave. I think it originates from America and players see it used on other sites and the media and think it's ok. Congrats on winning it mike, was quite funny watching both of you HU, whoever got it in behind won!  Was nice to play on a table with some good guys ie; peter27, pokertrev, yourself.  I look forward to the next dtd!
