When the pot is split 3 ways there should be no rake .

3 Players - All the same hand .

60p in the pot . No action . check check check

Yet 2 players were raked 1p each and 1 2p each !!!!

That needs to be sorted .

It is irrelevant whether the pot is split or not.
If there are any matched bets then the rake is applied.
In the case of a split pot, the player(s) to the left of the dealer get the "extra" money if the pot cannot be divided exactly between the players that have the winning hands.

Its stupid , how can you rake a pot which is split equally , there was no action .

If there is more than 1 Vpip then the site rakes it. I couldn't say i'd like to be quoted on this but i think most if not all sites do the same
