No, not a thread about Orford (Tikay told us to say that!). Are there any players you remember from the early days of Sky Poker that are still playing?

errrr - I was 43 when I joined and was still able to bust a move & pull a few girls at the local discotheque.........now i'm 48 and more likely to bust a hamstring & pull a few muscles

I have watched since the start, I used to watch poker night live before sky and watched sky from the beginning. Hartigan used to be on poker night live. It was a good show, sky is good now, better than it was in the beginning.

I would like more live shows though, or even just delayed cash poker play with no commentary on the grave yard shift

Me and Jakally have been here since pretty much day 1. One of us has improved a lot since then (tip: the name begins with J)!

I once started a thread akin to this one (entitled 'the originals') about the very first players who signed up. 

Things were very different back then.

I must be one of the longest serving, not sure my exact start day, but I think it was early 2007 I expect Skypoker must have it on record.

I went to this as well. No Dave it wasn't the bootcamp, (although I did go to that too). I remember the camera crew there all day, then as soon as it got to the final table they went home because it went past midnight. Very bizarre!

I stand to be corrected, but I was on Poker Night Live for a few years, worked with everybody there, but I don't recall James being on PNL, ever.

He was certainly on The Poker Channel at around that time, or shortly after, though.

I must be imagining things then, I remember you although I seem to remember you were more of a guest on PNL than a regular presenter. I was sure Hartigan used to be on poker night live with a guy called Nick who has appeared on sky a few times. He giggles like a school girl.

There used to be a guy called axeman but that is going back some.
