Just read how bullish Alan King is for Raya Star in 5.15, he is almost saying it is a certainty. Very unusual for him.

Thinks he was nearly Arkle class, if he is he will take some beating.

    Already backed in to 9-1

bets placed on 6 of the races, only the gold cup to decide on, bobs worths record at cheltenham just cannot but ignored but last installment is pure value at 8/1 for me, like bobs worth it has form over a few of these tommorow only he beat them more impressivly imo. i just cant decide, think il sleep on it!!!

if bobs worth didnt have that loss on his comeback run, i think he would be odds on for this..unbeaten at cheltenham, stays all day, braver than a poodle nagging at a great danes feet..billy hills going 4/1 bobs worth at 10am aswell, will top up on that, wont last 5minutes though the 6/1 hurricane fly went in 8minutes lol which i thought was a gift..if bobs worth goes in tomorrow will top off a great week.

Thanks all - my treble failed due to the 2nd one not getting anywhere.

However I did put a bet on Lord Windermere at £5 ew (so £10 total) @ 25/1.  I think it's a photo finish at the mo or enquiry so keeping my fingers crossed.

Thanks mate this really means a lot as I thought it looked a brilliant horse last year and I admit I was losing the faith a bit as well. Nice to spot one so far ago.

Well done you as well as it showed today that you had been right all along . Really hope it hasn't left its National win on the hill.
  • edited March 2014
hard to see on his own running in the national now after that great effort, mullins did say he thought he was a better class now, that prooved to be the case..well done on the winners. its been a total graveyard for me today lol

Totally agree Rock that's why he wasn't my nap, just hope Thornton doesn't mess it up too much.

Would be super confident if Wayne H on it

I haven't had a single penny back from any bet ive placed yet this week. (ok 1 winner on a L15 today but it's not settled yet) so going to put my faith in this Raya Star!

It's a good job poker is going well! ish

wd to the winners this week, gl in the last :)

Yep it's NOT running in the National. So I'll never know now... Two years of bigging it up for nothing... Stupid thing is, it's now gonna be rated approx 155, and it would be running off 143.

Only blessing this year is that I've backed him with Betvictor. And I'll get all my money back as a free bet. Just need to find a rock solid even money shot sometime after The National.... Maybe start a thread to find a guaranteed winner in a sports event.
