I know that Sky can't go into their detection methods, but it seems strange that aussie was able to detect this before the complex detection system did? Also, even with a complex detection system would it not make sense to have a couple of emplyees manually looking out for this sort of thing?

good point
this guy had been doing it for a week before aussie09 noticed it, having trialled it in early August. a basic detection system should be spotting these by the second day at latest.
