Yeah lobby has been playing up for a while can sky please look at this, i have had issues with the games not showing me as regged and with the lobby loading respawning hu games etc
I put up a thread about this in the feedback area of the forum a few days ago now. Would it be better to post these things in Gen Chat or are the tech guys still looking in that section?
Also when the games first load nearly everyone is being placed "away" and there abit slow loading up, no issues once the game gets going though, some people also having to launch from My tables section. jut to give u a heads up
Can't load a new table as it's not showing the option, only way I've found is to view tables in play by unticking "hide full" and click "find a similar table", but even then can others see it to join in?
Sit n Go lobby tonight is shocking. Not updating and taking time to load tables as well. Now when you call Sky Tv they suggest you turn it off and wait 2 mins. Maybe Sky Poker need to do the same RE-BOOT
Games loading up slow or not at all, can we please get this sorted sky when you grind hypers losing 10% of your stack because table hasn't opened is rather annoying.
The Business cannot reply to every thread or complaint on the Forum, that's the function of Customer Care, but I have sent them a note this morning with this & other threads attached in case they missed them, & I'm 100% certain they will address the matters thoroughly this morning.
Which might not seem much help to any of you, but I honestly think it helps if you know the matter is going to be addressed.
The Top Chappie Bloke replied to my note, & assured me the reported issues are being investigated as a matter of very high priority, so, fingers crossed, all will soon be tickity-boo.

I do know they currently have a man under the bonnet.

While i agree with this tikay and accept it, it also doesn't help then when the matter is taken up directly with customer care like in another post on forum, bh myself and im sure by others, they just flat out deny theres a problem. So im sure you can understand where the frustration stems from. It shouldn't take a message from you to them for them to acknowledge there is a problem they should of known from the people contacting then directly. Very poor form on their part.
I should also say thankyou for taking the time out to keep us updated, you always do a great job and are a credit to the company .

Apologies once again for the issues. Due to the intermittent nature of this issue and the fact that it wasn't happening to everybody it was difficult to diagnose originally.
We have now released a fix for this which means the lobby should now be regularly updating and back to it's usual state.
