how this site is legal is beyond me
ive never played on a site with more bad beats and joke players in my life. this is suppose to be a well moderated site. how its not been closed down is beyond me.

You are perfectly entitled to your view, but I'm puzzled - what is a "joke player" & why are joke players a bad thing?
I understand the phrase to mean "really bad" players. Surely, the worse they are, the better we should like it?
What is your suggested solution to the complaint as to "joke players"?

EVERY Online Poker Site that ever existed is accused of being "rigged" on that thread, though mostly (because they are very big) 'Stars & Tilt. But EVERY Site.
To me, that just defies logic.
Meanwhile, 2+2 also has at least THREE lengthy threads to my knowledge where players are unable to withdraw their balances, as the sites have effectively stolen their money & refuse to pay them out. Now THAT is the sort of thing we should be up in arms about, imo.
