Welcome to the Friday Orfordable league (March)- Friday 10th April - Week 2

It runs evey Friday throughout February.....you only need 2 valid scores to be in with a chance to win (Your best 2 scores count)
Start Time: 7.10PM Orfordable Deepstack (Friday)
Tournament Type:10 Seater MTT Deepstack
Cost: £3.30
12min Blinds (Late Registration NOW 60mins - end of level 5)

You must play at least 2 weeks to qualify
Only your Best 2 Scores from 4 count.
Incase of a "TIE" the player with the best single finishing position from a qualifying week will be deemed the winner.
Please Note: The Free Entries are non-transferable and the winners will automatically be entered on Friday 1st May.

I think "if someone bothers to enter the player" is a little harsh.
I'm extremely sorry this went wrong, but it was just one of those things, it was not far lack of effort or good intent on anyone's part. Between Trev, myself & the Business, over a dozen notes have gone back & forth, & several more are now needed. I made the arrangements (or tried to) within 12 hours of receiving Trevs request, & list of winners. Trev did explain why it went wrong his end - the first time ever in several years, that I recall. For my part, the e-Addy I sent it to - & have been using for 8 years for "Free Entries" - was changed last week without my knowledge, so the request went to a "dead" e-Mail addy. I'm really sorry about that.
I cannot award "lelly01" an additional prize, sorry, as it will set a dangerous precadent which will be exploited by others.
However, if lelly01 cannot play next Friday, I will make arrangements for the Free Entry to be on another date if she wishes. Either she, or Trev, will need to make that request to me though, I cannot accept it by proxy for obvious reasons. For now, & until I hear otherwise, the Orfordable Free Entries requested will be for next Friday, 17th April.
I'm genuinely sorry this did not go as planned. Trev & I have been organising these Free Entries for several years now, & mostly (not always, I admit, as I sometimes get a bit behind) it all goes smoothly.
PS - Hope lelly has a lovely birthday next Friday.
As you say....in the main.....everything goes smothly, however, (Partly my fault) and due to UKOPS it was beyond our control. It's been very rare that things go wrong and I/we really appreciate Tikay & Sky's support evey Month and over the last few years.
lelly is away on holiday so I will see if the Free entry can be arranged for another night and let you know in due course.
