FEARLESS and FEAR
Two leagues that are quite interesting. These compare two averages; Heads per game and Points per game. I know that the mathematics of comparing averages is not the most robust, nevertheless, it works for this.
Points are awarded in each of the major tournaments as follows; 1st = 10, 2nd = 7, 3rd = 5, Final table = 3, Cash = 1 point.
Fearless are those who have a high average heads per game and with low average points per game.
Fear shows those who are at the opposite end. Those with a low average heads per game and a high average points per game.
The interpretation of this data is up to you, really.
For me, I look at those high in the Fearless league as being likely to be quite aggressive and, maybe, far too aggressive.
Those high on the Fear list are those to be wary of. These players will take your chips. However, they are also likely to be missing out on winning more chips. Their bet sizing might be too small and they might be playing sub-optimally.

OVERLAY
I have often contemplated the issue of overlay and who it benefits. i have seen several posts on this forum about the merits of overlay.
As a one-off, it is great for players but not great for the business. The business chooses to offer guarantees to generate greater volumes, and therefore greater revenues. However, the cost of taking this risk is the money lost as overlay.
In my view, the single most important thing, which benefits everyone, is VISIBILITY OF OVERLAY. Overlay with visibility will attract players to join in and will steer people towards particular tournaments. Consequently extreme overlays are less frequent. Risk of business loss is reduced. The fear of increasing the guarantees is lessened. Guarantees are increased.
Visibility of Overlay is a good thing.
