depends what you fancy mate, with free bets you dont get your stake back so if you back a short price horse you will get a very small return, i like to use freebets on odds of 4/1 or higher. Generally you get bigger fields and bigger prices on Saturdays races and thats my fav day to bet on the horses so i would save it to then.
