It's VERY important that the more experienced poker players help the newbies in their early days, imo. They are the future of poker.
Be good to see some tips from the Serious Crew, too. Not that's Rob's not serious, obv.
I've no idea why it says that, but I would not worry about it - the T & C's are quite clear;
I also specifically agreed with Rob Yong @ DTD that the default day for Sky Poker qualifiers would be Saturday 27th February, as this saves them taking Friday off work.
Any Sky Poker qualifiers that would prefer to play the Thursday or Friday, that's fine, just let SPT Rich or myself know, & we'll sort it.
The tip by Percival about talking during a hand is very important.
Experienced players will try to chat, or ask you questions, during a hand. "Will you show if I pass?" "two pair then?" or similar nonsense. They are just trying to pick up a clue from you.

Just stare at your cards, & sit quietly. It's not rude, it's perfectly acceptable.
As a general rule, when you complete a hand without going to showdown, DO NOT show it to the table. They can glean a lot about what & how you play by what hands you show. Let them try to guess.
Meanwhile, the week has whizzed by, & as it's Sunday, tonight sees another Final, with 10 x £1,100 Seats Guaranteed, with 1 in 5 getting a seat.
At the moment, tonight's UKPC Final has just 36 entrants, so it's very possible we will see a touch of overlay this evening.
Plenty of Satellites today, & don't forget, today's Semi-Final is earlier than the rest of the week - it is at 7.15pm tonight.

Last night's Final eventually attracted a slightly disappointing number of entrants - 45 - so there was a one seat overlay.
To be fair, the UKPC is still nearly 3 months away, & we have 10 more weekly Finals still to come.
So, 10 went through last night, & the Lobby now shows these 23 all set to be at DTD in February, well done to them.
3 of the gents who won satellites to Punta Cana were in last night's Final, with CxE1 & StayOrGo both winning their Nottingham seat, & radiofed28 narrowly missing out as Mr Bubble.
Another Punta Cana package winner, I8PALACE, is also qualified.
Lolufold led the field home last night, he's super hot right now, having scooped over £13,000 just 2 Sundays ago in the UKOPS main.
Brutal game sometimes, but plenty of time to qualify yet, & I'm confident we will see you in Nottingham.

After a slightly disappointing 45 runners last week, 56 took their seats for last night's final, so it made 11 seats & £220 for 12th (the Guarantee was 10 seats).
The final result, taken from GaryQQQ's thread, was....
Ossieboy collected £220 for 12th, which softened the blow a little, whilst Dustolucko was out of lucko.
Was really pleased to see it eased comfortably over the Guarantee, despite the target event being nearly 3 months away.
The £1 million Guarantee on the target event is really ambitious, but it's been a reasonable start.

There were only 37 registered mid-morning yesterday, but it eventually made 51 runners, so covered the 10 seat Guarantee, with £220 to 11th.
Of the 10 qualifiers, it looks like 2 had seats already, so the Nottingham Lobby increases from 32 to 40. There are around 10 more weekly Finals to go, so considering the event is nearly 3 months away, we seem to be doing OK.
