Posting Hands

Hey can anbody tell me how to copy hands into the forum to be analysed by players.

Everytime I do it using google chrome, mozilla firefox, IE... when posted the hand data comes out all messed up unlike other people's hand history post.

Basically I am just going into my hand history section, finding the hand and copying whatever comes up in the hand history preview window into the discussion start box and when posted or previewed it comes out wrong?

Please help!?
