Phone the help line.. We are aware of technical issues and there is nothing we can do..

Can I ask..

If sky know there are technical issues in the evening y not shut the site down and sort them out then let us know when we can play again via email or text!  I get a text every night now to remind me to play in the main event, surely they can do this same for instances like this.

Secondly these issues are happening all the time . We never find out what the problem was.  We are never reassured that the problems are being rectified and we are never told what is being put in to place to prevent this from happening again.

There were bumper fields for most mtts last night,and every time this happens the site seems to go down?

Sorry this is so long but I've got nothing else to do seing as every single table is frozen!

As a new customer to sky poker I have to agree with bigshann and find what he says quite concerning. Sounds like last night wasn't just a 1 off. I also find the whole site very user UN-friendly (feels like i'm using a site from the late 90's). The least you would expect is an announcement on the main page of the poker site.

Come on sky, sort it out. It reaaly looks like the whole set up needs some money spending on it. There are many good things on skypoker but they can easily be overlooked or cancelled out by all the rough bits.

Hopefully things will improve, otherwise I can see a lot of people in my position (new to the site) jumping ship and playing elsewhere.

One thing I have noticed is the great community here. It would be such a shame if it was fragmented due to issues with the poker games or the layout and features of the site.
