It looks like we have lost Lil Dave.
He was there when I last looked, but he is not there now.

The total number of entrants on Day 1a was 764. (Day 1a last year got 741).

Play is drawing to a close in Day 1a of the Main Event, so I'm going to draw stumps now, I'm absolutely wrecked for some reason.
We've got through a bit of work today, but tomorrow will be busier, when MattPrawn, Dustolucko & LyonsBob all play the Main Event.
Hopefully, we'll see a little more action tomorrow, & all three will go through to Day 2.

As I noted above, I sent all the selections to Neil Channing for him to choose the winner. I just sent him the captions, not the name of the entrants, so as there would be no bias. He could, of course, have spent an age finding & then trawling through the thread, but he's a busy chap, with poker to play, & horses to back, so I doubt he did.
Anyway, he wrote back to me & he selected this one as the winner......
