Thank you kind sir - I have emailed them - lets just say it was a bad day and some awful spots when I froze out - hopefully the hand/account history will back up my direct costs - then there were indirect csosts due to my foolishly trying to get my pots back elsewhere .... you know the rest! Sorry to hear that.
In the circumstances you describe, you should be able to get a refund if you contact Customer Care.

Same here I was registered and it would not let me play saying insuffeicent funds, I deregestered and It did not give me my money back. I am on the browser.
I still haven't received credits for sit and goes I have won. And also a credit when I deregistered from another.. Another amateur fiasco. This kind of stuff happens so often it is getting quite irritating.

As long as its not just me. Phew, frustrating but sure they'll get it sorted.
clearly there is a major issue here, I cannot play because of insuffiecent funds which is not true. and s&g's I have deregistered from the money is not in my account. any ideas when my money will be put back into my account, and when can I play again?
