WHAT IS HUFA II?

HUFA II is the 2nd running of the Sky Poker Community Heads Up FA Cup poker tournament.

It is run here on the forum.

It involves a series of knockout matches, with a FA Cup style draw taking place for each round (which will be uploaded to Youtube for the full experience)

All matches will be HU turbo/speed games £1.05 entry so it is accessible to all bankrolls

I will conduct the draw during UKOPS week and post it on the final day of UKOPS Sunday 6th November so that fixtures can start the week after.

I will be setting a strict 3 week deadline for the first round to be played, exceptions will be at my discetion but only if both players have been actively trying to play the fixture.

Churchy is defending his title.

Ice_Tiger will get the chance to go one better than last season.

All Presenter/Analysts will have the chance to last longer than Richard Orford this time.

Everyone who is interested will get the chance to be the second Sky Poker Community Heads Up FA Cup Champion.

I will have to dust off and oil the Riddler RNG machine, set up a spreadsheet and think up some script ideas for the draws. I may even experiment with a live one this time.

The aim is to start round one after UKOPS, so registration is now open. I will give a warning before I close registrations. I will not put a cap on entries, the more the merrier.

Remember no whinging, it's just for fun. Think of it as a fun and interesting way to meet and chat to new people on the site and for one person to have bragging rights over the forum for a year.

PRIZES

Tikay has kindly offered to donate prizes again.

The winner will receive a tournament entry to the value of £33

The runner-up will receive a tournament entry to the value of £11

The winner will also get the opportunity to play Neil Channing in a Heads-Up challenge match, with the chance to spin the prize up to a higher amount (details tbc).
