    Just been and found it.

I'd hardly say it warrants being called abusive and if I did say it, it would certainly have been tongue in cheek.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I'm a soft touch. I spend half of my life on Facebook sharing left wing memes. I am regularly championing good causes. I work in adult social care and get nothing but awesome feedback from those I support and their families.

I enjoy gentle, non harmful trolling of some people that I'm not overly fond of but that's not abuse.

Can I overstep the mark from time to time and say things that might upset people? Of course. However, I definitely don't believe it can be construed as abuse by any sensible individual.

I know that I get on a fair number of peoples nerves. To be honest about that, I don't care and I probably play up to it more than I should but again, that's not something I consider abusive.

However, each to their own I guess and if some people take offence at stuff I say, then my guess is they could propbably do with taking me a little less seriously.

    Thank you. That's it!
You've just reminded me of why you annoyed me so much.
On your twitch you mentioned your job and then moments later referred to a player as a 'retardd'. It made me think that i certainly wouldn't want someone such as yourself looking after anyone I knew.

    Fair enough.

If you make such decisions based on a slip of the tongue when that is all you know of someone, I'll consider myself lucky that our paths never cross in the real world.

    Have a nice day x

I don't really understand this thread, from my experience games are much weaker during happy days/ Rewards accelerator. Regs don't like to play with other regs, especially when there are a lot of games running with over 3000 players online. I often find myself playing DYM's with players i've never seen before during these promotions. Also just become someone is a reg does not mean they're exceptionally good at poker, i'd estimate that atleast 20% of regs are breakeven or slightly losing before rakeback.

The current cash for points system is an excellent incentive to play more poker each week. I've played almost everyday the last few months so i guess that means I'm considered a reg. But I've played on Sky for 3 years and was most definitely a rec, and as a rec I loved the happy days promotions, and would play more games at slighlty higher stakes too.

Lets say someone plays 100 x 5.50s dyms a week at 55% so they break even, as they will receive £5 back so each week they up £5 not bad from a hobby.

If they play 100 DYMs a week, in my book that makes them a "reg"

change it to 10 a week its just the same but over a longer time period

I am just talking from my experience sometimes the tables are harder especially at turbos as you can have 3 to 4 regs which make them near impossible over large sample.

Double points are great i love them

On another site the rake is smaller at the lowest stakes and actually increases as you move up stakes this is great for depositing players who play micro stakes as there money lasts longer.

I am not a depositing player so it dosnt really bother me its just very interesting seeing the two points of view.

I understand Dons point on this but it does give rec players a chance to get more reward bonuses and possibly go for prority when w/o this promo it would be virtually impossible

ps - Is there any chance of being extended another week - being Christmas and all

As someone who has been a Reg part time player in the past but thanks to life and job changes now just plays mainly for fun I can see both sides of this.

When I was 8 tabling 20-50nl every night then this promo would have been rinsed for extra rakeback and to push into priority. These days I barely make the £2 token, just playing short sessions for fun a few times a week, usually on tablet.

IMO this promo won't make any odds to most rec players.  To most people, grinding 100dyms a week or shooting for priority isn't playing for fun only. I think the site would appeal more to rec players by

Using pooled tables to eliminate table selection
Pooled tables will also stop the problem of all tables being full. When playing on tablet I often log in to see all tables full. I can only play one table so don't fancy sitting on my own watching an empty table waiting for others to join.
Get rid of HU tables as they are full of bumhunters, due to rake the HU regs will sit out anyone who isn't terrible so sky gets less rake and HU recs are taken to the cleaners much quicker than at six max
Allowing anonymous tables or frequent table name changes to reduce bum hunting, also reduces effectiveness of HUDs which if rumours are to be believed are now in regular use on the site.
More deposit bonuses, all in freerolls etc

I think the current winter giveaway is a good promo for recs as it's a daily point target so encourages daily play, decent chance of a small cash plus punt at a bigger prizes: iPad, Bluetooth speakers, 4ft cannabis smoking alien etc.

Another thing people forget is that high volume regs playing professionally or at least sensibly are a lot less likely to play/punt across the brands, i.e I could be wrong but I don't think MattBates or rspca will blink a main event for say £2,300, and decide to bank 2k and punt the odd carpet on a roulette spin up or a football treble. So although regs will be raking more on poker, taking the site as a whole the most valuable customer would be a player with high disposable income who is happy to gamble across poker/casino/sports etc. (Stating the obvious but not encouraging gambling etc, this is what's best for sky not the punters wallet!)

Anyway as the old saying goes SORT IT OUT SKY, or don't, as let's face it, it's not all that important in the grand scheme of things, and I've likely just wasted another 10 minutes of my life typing this out on a cr*ppy iPad keyboard.

EDIT - also this thread should win the 2016 award for most ironic thread title

The SP team may need to rethink their tweets as well after this thread :)
