Pretty tilting that i bought this issue up twice in support on two different connections, which everything else(spotify fb skype etc) was running fine on and was told it was an issue at my end and the site hadn't been experiencing any problems.
As a result, New MTTs & SNG's were temporarily cancelled whilst it was being sorted. (It did not affect Cash Game tables). There is a scrolling Banner on ther site explaining this.
The matter is being resolved by Service Desk.
I am not certainn on this, but I beieve it may be resolved very shortly, if not already. Once they are sure the problem is resolved, the SNG's & MT's will be opened up again for registration & gameplay.
FWIW, I can load the MTT's that are already in progess without a problem, ditto the Cash Games.

If you speak to CC they will arrange a refund/replacement Token under these circumstances.
Please bear in mind they are very busy right now, but even if you don't speak to them immediately, or even this evening, they will still refund you if your table did not load whilst the problem is or was in place.
Whilst the're looking at this can they look at the My Tables section as it doesnt load when im on the internet only it does workon the app though but prefer the online one

The Ticker Message/Banner now suggests that "if you have a probem loading your table(s), please close all game windows & refresh the page". Posted by Tikay10

I've been having the same problem as this for the past few days, My tables tab wont load on chrome which is frustrating, got it to work on firefox however.

+1 my tables and find a player hasnt worked for over 3 months for me

Sorry about that Ruiner, am just relaying the information from the ticker.
It's fine for me, I can open all the tables that are currently running without any problem, but others are having problems. Which is no help to you, of course, or me, as I only play SNG's.

This usually works again once you clear cookies/cache or whatever.

I honestly don't know Jonjo, but if you registered for it & were unable to get the Table to load, speak to CC later (give them time, they may be stretched right now) & I'm sure a refund can be issued where appropriate.
ive done everything i can, closed all windows ,logged out no joy , i was looking forward to using my free token now ive wasted it lol . plus cant get through to customer service, very disappointing
