What is going on?!

Registered for 4.05pm £2BH tournie and 4.10pm £80 Guaranteed, money taken but nothing loaded up. Went on to email chat to find out what is going on and was 18th in a queue....decided to exit and phone instead. Got no answer on phone so went back to reregister for email chat to find out I'm now 44th in queue. What a joke!

    Hey there Brrrrr,

    i' really sorry about this. the technical teams are looking at this as we speak. if the tournament fails to load, of course we'll refund your buy-in.

    i'll update this thread once i have more info.
