It was the former Labour leader Michael Foot.

He was a massive Plymouth fan and board member I believe they registered him for his 90th birthday for a season.  And they gave him the '90' squad number but sadly he never got a game.

I think one of the football answers is Ricardo Carvalio (The euro cups with Porto and the others with Chelsea)?  Bit of a guess though
