Hush Dylan - I'm back over 2,000 now!
I played like a complete Dylan to donk off early - twice - then worked back, with solid stuff, though Quad Aces against what was effectively the nut house helped.
I passed 2nd nuts twice, too, to players who thought 2 pair was the nutz, groan.

Meanwhile, the 8.15 got a cracking field - 37. Sadly, now minus me, after I stupidly got busy with the flopped & turned nuts against "same hand with extensions" that got there. My bad, daft play that.
The 7.15 is now well into the Final, & here's the score......

Well I played terribly in two tourneys tonight, going to war early doors with the temporary nuts when I had no need, but at least I can take this one to bed with happy memories - down to a bowl of rice in Level 1 (another bad play) but getting up, a little luckily I fancy, to win in the end. Mere is a fine, fine, Omaha player, & an absolute Gent.
A very respectable field for the 9.15, & look who was first out.
Again, I flopped the absolutes against a Set, and it was stupid to go to war at that stage, pretty cross with myself for this.
Oh well theres the 10.15

Wd on luckboxing the 7.15pm
Standard Omaha beat really Gareth. If you go to the flop 5 way in Omaha, it's gonna happen, it just is, this is not Hold Em. Pretty much cold-decked, but quite normal in Omaha.
4 or 5 way to the flop in Omaha it becomes a NUTS game - & that's rivered nuts, not Flopped nuts, & nuts nuts, not nearly nuts.
Often better to step aside in these coups & await a better spot, rather than go to war with half the Table.
Sadly, I got taught a lesson.
The monster-field 8.15 has made a Final, with OHMYGOD, who was the guy I clashed with early doors (both of us flopped the nuts, but he had "better nuts" as he had the extensions), runaway leader.
I am NOT looking forward to tonight's "Best Overall Performance" Leaderboard. Hopefully, Mere will forget to do it. Then again, I doubt that, somehow.
And here's the 9.15 - can Barry be the only player two win two of these jobbies in consecutive nights? *
* With one notable exception, of course.

A cracking size field, 28 runners. It's amazing how we are increasing these Omaha field sizes with just a little bit of effort. Soon, we will see 50, & then it's onwards & upwards.
