I hate when you fold your junk small blind to the big blind and they insist on showing you what they had...I DON'T CARE...I WAS FOLDING ANYWAY!!!! ...also people who give lectures to others on the table on how to play 'properly' and the odd's on their hands....again I DON'T CARE!!!

The fact I can flop run upon run upon flush upon flush when playing £5dym and then get bad beat upon bad beat when raising the stakes. How is this possible? Are the gods laughing at me? Will my perseverence ever be rewarded?

I absolutely hate poker. And love it in it's entirety. Go figure.

I hate raising hitting 2 pair with my AK on the flop pushing all in to stop anyone on a draw and them calling and hitting a runner runner. When i do it i never hit whats that all about!!!!!!!!!!

But worst of all i hate people that laugh at you when you get sucked out on and knocked out of the game then say 'bye' ooooohhhhhhhhh it makes my blood boil. Have the decensy to be happy that you took my chips and not rub it in my face as if your better than me cos you made a donk call and got lucky.

Cant stand it when people go on about how the site 'is rigged' just because they didnt win a hand, or how if you go all in with the chip leader, the chip leader will always win!!

    Does my head in!!!!!!

this is the one that caught my attention.  Couldn't agree more.  If I choose to fold, it is because I don't want to play my cards.  The fact that the BB then shows his 9/4 off is irrelevant.

And lectures................. please don't get me started on that either!  I pays my money, I play my way.

RE. TV Spice and Nana - DOG...

In the later stages of a tournament, when the binds are big and I dont want anyone to attack me, if the table folds round and I have Aces, I always show it, same with any decent hand.

If I show them Ace 2 for example, not only am I putting doubts in their head about stealing next time, Im basically saying to them "if you shoved I would have called"

This gives them an idea of my calling range - thus will make them re-assess their shoving range, and hopefully buy myself abit more respect on the BB - as they know they are gonna get called/re-popped wide! - (I know this isnt the case, but it's in the back of their head)

Going the other way and showing 7-2 is suicide, its just taunting them to steal next time. As there are 3 million more bad hands in poker, than good ones, using the taunt show to induce a shove blind, is a krazzyyyyy move ;)

Gotta use what ya can in such a complex game! :)

    Dealers that can't count.

    Or deal too slowly.

Or are too scored to apply the house rules and rely on the regulars to do it for them instead.

Players who join a cash table and don't click the 'wait for Big Blind' button and are then away from the table.  All the table then has to wait hand after hand for their timer to run down until they eventually get to their turn in the BB.

couldn't agree with you more, as a relatively tight player anyway (and undoubtedly known for that style), i will always show my hands if i raise and get no callers to show what i have raised on so that they know but none the less, the 9/4 off bb show merchants are not making any changes to my game or approach to their play.  just because they had 9/4 off that hand doesn't make me think that is what they have on the next!

    1. people that go all in every single hand pre flop, you wait for pocket As and call and they win with 72 off ggggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

    2. people that say nothing for the whole game and people that say too much

    3. regular players that constantly say how bad everyone is in a live game cos they are losing

    4. The waiter service at casino's and how long it takes to get a pint when in a torny

    5. Dealers and players that look at you to give a tip every time you win a hand in cash games (its my money sod off)

    6. when a player comes in doubles up then leaves after you have taken 2 hours to build up your chips

    7. When you have just raised and someone goes all in for 500quid and a player who isnt in the hand askes for a clock

    8. When a dealer flips over a card and its re dealt when you were holding Pocket As

    9. People talking in a different language in the chat box about you

    10. People that touch my chipstack at a live game

This is because people are playing via their tv's and not computer so full chat is not available however they have 5 or 6 'standard' responses such as 'thunderous applause' and 'chuckles'...when they eventually play on the computer they usually pop up on the forum at some point

Had to add this one....when you have pushed all in with a good hand like AA or KK and someone calls you with junk, they hit the miracle cards to win (that's not the part)
....and someone says "NICE HAND!" and they reply "TY"
....It was NOT a nice hand..it was a bloody lucky flop you donk!!!!
when people tell them its a nice hand they are then basically being told "yes, that was a great call!" and continue to call with junk! sigh!

    I'm with you here.
Had AA - all in post flop (Jack high - 2 suited). get called, great I think. Then he procedes to get a flush (9 high!) using the thurn and river! says "lol". "lucky" i say. and he replies "no".  No!!!!!!

Keeps happening to me with aces - so I hate them also!

Hi logdon, I don't show my hands - keep them guessing i say! lol
I have actually shown a couple but to a couple of mates when I seem to get killer cards only on their blinds so they can see I'm not just being mean :)
I don't think there is anythng wrong with showing hands after a raise and a re-raise...it was more when you fold your small blind to the big blind and they keep showing you what junk cards they have because either way I was gonna fold anyway - It doesnt normally bother me cos I just get on with the game but every now and then when I'm not in the right mood I wanna shout " I DON'T CARE WHAT CARDS YOU HAD!!!!" (but I dont lol)
