    I'm at the final table now, 200/400 blinds, only got 1,825 chips with the blinds going through me next hand. Top THREE get paid so we're going to need to find a hand/get lucky soon.

    2nd hand, folded round to me in the small blind, auto shove with the suited King-six, called by AK, 2 diamonds on the flop to give me hope but running blanks beat me.

    1st break.

    44 out of 61 left, I'm 41st/44.

    I have 3,200 chips, blinds about to go to 50/100, plenty of chips.

    OUT!!


    Flopped top pair against bottom two-pair, all in on the turn.

    There's very loose callers in the deep stacks, J9's, 97's etc. Tight is the key to success in the ds's

    Hello again everyone, first game in a few days. I'm in the £2.30 bounty hunter, the last of my £5 tournament entry, it started 10 minutes ago, 10 players started, 3 paid, quite a good payout percentage to players ratio actually.

    Bank sitting at £9.92.

    Hopefully I'll be bringing you all good news in 45-60 minutes. We're down to 8 players already so they're falling fast.

    On the bubble now, I ko'd the 5th place finisher, got 75p for that, I then lost half my stack when my pocket Aces ran into flopped quad fives. I raised pre-flop, the flop comes 558, he bets into me, I decide to call, turn a J, he bets again, if I raise, I only get rid of the hands I'm beating, I'm in position, there's no risk of getting beat by letting him hit 2 pair as the board had paired with the fives so I decide to flat the turn bet, river a King and he pushes, I call hoping to see a J8, KJ, A8, K8 something like that - quads, oh well.

    I've got 2,000 chips with the blinds at 50/100, there's 20,000 chips on the table, 11,000 on my left, 4,000 on my right, opposite has 3,000.

    Payout is £2 for 3rd, £3 for 2nd, £5 for the winner.

    We've cashed, a sick hand, flop 7T7, all in, A7 v QQ, turn Q, guy on my right - out. I wasn't involved in the hand so I'm still on just over 1,500, blinds at 75/150.

    We're pushing soon. Blind going up in 1 minute.

    OUT in 3rd.

    I'm on the BB, SB limps, I push with 5 big blinds, he calls with... Kings. My J5 of hearts didn't hit the miracle flop I needed.


    £2 + £0.75, not bad, bank sitting at £12.67.

    I'm going to be in tonight's freeroll.

    I've also deposited some funds to try and qualify for the SPT, I might also go for a couple of other big tournaments - this isn't going to be included in this 58p challenge.

    Hello again!

    I received a similar email offer as a couple of weeks ago, play 2 days until Wednesday midnight and get £5 free to use for the next week.

    I'll be playing the £1.10 £20 gtd at 10am today and another game tomorrow.

    Bank: £11.57


    My original plan re the SPT was to put some money in to try and qualify for that but something else has come up and it turns out I'll not be able to make it which is a bit annoying but it can't be helped. So, I played a few big games instead, I played and cashed in the Open, Velocity and satellited into the Primo as well. Marginal profit - success!

    Update on the 10am game, 1st break, 10 players left, 33 started, 5 get paid.

    I've got 5,000 chips, no really big hands, just simple poker, blinds about to go up to 150/300, I'm 7th/10, the chips leader is on 11,250 (sitting on my left). I have a good feel of the table, hopefully I can use this to my advantage.
