sky customer care pmsl

Tell them that I, daveydavey, got a refund and a gesture of good will (money) when I proved I was at one table but could not play at another table. I was able to prove that by starting new games and playing in tournaments while one tournament wouldnt load it clearly was not my fault or the servers fault they refunded me in full, give me a gesture of goodwill (x2 of the buy in).

The sky customer care team are a disgrace tbh. I inititally was laughed off on the online chat and only when i took it further and spoke to people higher up on the phone was I given this.

     right guessing a few off you know i play a few mtts

      tonight i played only 2

      the 8.00pm bounty hunter

      finished mid thirties

      and the 9.30 spt semi

      2 games no worries do it all the time

      by finishing in the top thirty if the bounty hunter sky can tell i was online

      the 9.30 spt semi i couldnt get the table up for over an hour

      played one hand  with 580 chips left

      according to customer services this is fare

      my fault the guy told me

     no refund as you should only play one game at a time

     this is c rap

    this proves sky doesernt care

    email them again.

    if you can prove that you was playing fine on another table then they should give u a refund.

    Just to balance it out...whenever I've had problems on Sky Bet or Poker, they've been brilliant! Yesterday I was making some bets for the new football season and in my excitement, accidentally clicked confirm so off to Online Chat I went and minute later, they'd cancelled my bets with great ease, understanding and communication! You might just have got someone at bad time and whilst it shouldn't affect their service to you, it unfortunately does happen everywhere - I know if you rang my work and spoke to me, you'd get great service :) but if you rang and spoke to one of the half wit Saturday staff, you'd be left feeling deeply frustrated and wanting to hurt them! Anyways sounds like Super Rich has come to the rescue once again and it's getting sorted for you...
